Andrew Shrensker brings over two decades of leadership experience across hospitality, culinary arts, and high-growth sales environments. That is over 40,000 hours of leadership and coaching experience. His career has been defined by a unique ability to build thriving teams, forge lasting relationships, and drive exceptional results in competitive markets. From award-winning kitchens to launching cannabis brands that became the fastest-growing in their state, Andy has consistently proven his talent for identifying potential and coaching others to achieve breakthrough performance. 

A Journey Built on Heart, Resilience, and Real-World Wisdom

Life doesn't follow a straight line, and mine certainly hasn't. What threads through every chapter of my story is something deeper than titles or achievements: an unwavering commitment to helping others discover their courage and potential to embrace change when it matters most. 

The Heart of a Mentor

 Personally, for as long as I can remember, I've been called a "big brother" to so many people. If someone needed a sounding board for advice on a tough decision, a reference point, a shoulder to lean on, or help dissecting a problem people came to me. I’ve always loved guiding people to their own conclusion and their own power.  


For over two decades professionally, I've stood alongside people in their moments of transformation. Whether it was a young line cook finding their confidence in a demanding kitchen, a sales professional navigating their first major account, or a team member stepping into leadership for the first time, I've been there believing in them before they believed in themselves. 


My passion isn't just seeing what you can become; it's walking beside you as you get there. 

From Culinary Excellence to Sales Leadership

 My story began in the world I loved: Hospitality. In positions ranging from Executive Chef to Clubhouse Manager, I didn't just create memorable experiences for guests. I built teams. I mentored aspiring chefs. I led award-winning kitchens, all while fostering environments where people felt valued, challenged, and supported to grow. 


But life had other plans. As a father to two incredible daughters and navigating the challenges of divorce, I faced a crossroads that many of us know too well: How do you honor your professional calling while putting your family first? 

When Everything Changed

  I made the easy decision that being present for my daughters wasn't negotiable; it was everything. This meant walking away from the only career I'd known for over twenty years and stepping into the unknown. 


Eventually that led me to the cannabis industry, where I could blend passion with purpose. And it's where something remarkable happened: all those years of building teams, fostering trust, and creating excellence in high-pressure environments translated beautifully into results-driven relationships and sales leadership.


I was able to pair a passion and drive for success with the ability to foster strong relationships and accelerate two brands to be recognized as two of the fastest-growing brands in three years. More so, what I did was create a culture where my team was driven by integrity, felt supported and heard, and equipped for success.
